Technical Department and Design
The COSMA Technical Department is the heart of our innovation, where engineering, experience, and technology come together to develop high-performance hydraulic cylinders, designed to meet the most complex needs of the industrial sector.
Thanks to a highly specialized team, we employ 3D CAD technologies and FEM simulation software, to optimize every component in terms of mechanical efficiency, structural resistance, and long-term durability. We work closely with technical departments and production managers to ensure perfect integration of our cylinders with existing systems.
Cutting department
Our tube and bar cutting department is equipped with an automatic robotic system that allows us to guarantee precision and speed in the initial processing of materials, handling bars up to 7 meters.
CNC Machine Department
We have 16 state-of-the-art CNC machines with a 4.0 interface, which allow us to manufacture components with maximum precision, meeting the most complex needs of our customers.
Robotic Welding Department
The welding department consists of 5 operating centers, managed by 8 qualified operators with ISO 3834 certification, and includes a robotic welding cell. This guarantees reliable and high-quality results for each individual component.

Assembly Department
Automated Warehouse
Cosma’s internal warehouse is fully automated with 3 automated vertical warehouses, to optimize the management and handling of materials, efficiently supporting our production.
Hydraulic testing department
Our testing department is equipped with a test bench and 3 hydraulic control units that allow us to ensure our customers the maximum reliability and safety of our products.
